WOW...great indie if it doesnt repaint just like mentioned!!

pls pls share this one..could be the holy grail.

i've been using the buy stops n sell stops to enter the market, the direction is correct but i get slaughtered by the price spikes since entry is typically late. even using HAS the entry is either too early or too late, only the buy n sell limits seem to work like GVC mentioned. either that or we simply pick a direction n stick to it like long only or short only but we then miss out on the big countertrend moves n in ranging times it also takes losses frequently.

Hi Kos,

I found it a challenge getting to set up and trade this systerm but have been reading and following the thread from before it was moved to this section in FF. With all these tools being developed for this systerm, I have to say, this is something the Forex industry can not turn a blind eye to. This is more than Green Pips on tap.

Good work Kos and other contributors and I hope I will be able to set up this systerm on my PC and have a play as I do like what I see. I can just pick sell or buy with those non repainting arrows?? Boy, this has to be a no brainer to mint Green pips.

Is there any documentation on setting this systerm up any one? I am in the UK. Thanks in advance. A skype group comes to mind if any one is intrested?

Am enjoying this Limit trading....

I lost last nights Stop trade, but since then have had 3 basket wins......2 of them in the last 3 candle spikes.....

Yes, I am fully auto trading with couple of EAs
I only switch them on/off.

Is there anyway you think I can help you improve your basket trading?
then don't hesitate to ask please. If its beyond me it will not be beyond all
the basket cases on this thread, don't suffer in silence.

at least we are managing to BE plus a little thing here week after week

Bros, you do well. This thread has been the turning point.

The pips keep rolling in steadily. I trade different variations hence my not posting usually here, but the core is here.

I'm on 5 pairs and i do m5 and m15, sometimes m1, crazy but i get to rake them in steadily. Funnily, all i require a day is 20 pips with the money management i'm comfortable with. But everyday, i get over 200 minimum.

Supply and demand zones has been working on the basket, i keep wondering why, but it works,so i use it.

Hi Kos

Trading the basket is not difficult, but getting into the rhythm of this method is the key. That can come about naturally after several weeks of trading in live account.

After the whipsaw price action during first three days I waited for the market to clear away from the range without any entry. In the process I missed the sell entry on Wednesday. I switched over to H1 chart as I found the H1 avoided such whipsaw action. There was no entry in H1 on Thursday. Later part of the day there was heavy selling of USD which was unexpected. After the market having moved down so much I was reluctant to enter short manually today. But the market moved further down. There was no entry signal today either in M15 or H1. The week gone without any entry or re-entry.

Observations:

1. Whipsaw price action sometimes spoil the game.
2. M15 is good to trade for many small profits. But has chances to get into Whipsaw price action. Few consecutive losses will dent the account considerably.
3. H1 eliminates many fake signals, but losses are more when the market goes against you. At the same time H1 carry the basket for huge profits.
4. Some time M15 looks very promising and some times H1 looks appealing to trade.
5. Missing any entry affects the end result. As you said before we need to make entry on each signal as we don’t know which one is going to be the big trade. In the process we have to accept the losses, which are inevitable.

I will stick with H1 chart for the rest of month. Correct me if any.

Just my opinion , H4 seems to be better in long run , More stable and leave trade longer , Im going to start it when HAS change colour . I like swinger trading ,Malcolm

I agree. However please note. Require higher stop loss. Whipsaw price action will be more damaging. You are lucky if the market trends in a direction. See back data. Best would be to enter in m30 and follow through in H1 and H4.

3 whipsaws would take $56 x 3 = $168 and optimus believe me I have never hit SL 3 times straight, since I have been doing BTS
and whenever it is whipsawing am always very glad, because I know there is 1000s of pips just around the corner.

# and with that 0.01x 14 you will be amazed at % with which the account will grow. Wednesday till now on H1 has brought +3000 pips down then up
in a very good month one can double the account even with 0.01.

optimus, all in all did you end the week in Green orin Red that is what matters.

Its very steady and good if you know how to handle it, especially if you dont have time to stare at charts all day long
a trade can run for weeks even months.

SL should be larger and BE too should be larger

I use H4 as compass for HAS.
I trade a small account on it with I-XO-A-H
