One question, what tf we need to put EA to work fine? If I activate EA and look to daily screen, it will work with wiliams% on h1? or we put the EA on H1, and let it work& and dont change the screen to another TF?
Hi Shum,
Unlike other EA, this EA works on any time frame. The EA works as per the forum's strategy no matter what time frame it is.

You need to be more specific -

Is this error message in Windows OS?

If so, then you have not even got to applying the EA to a MT4 chart, in which case -

Have you ever used any EA on MT4 up until now?

If not, please go to Youtube and / or Google to take some lessons on putting the EA file in the correct folder.

I want to say, that I m read this book Trading for Living, in just 5 days. Thank wou 100pipsaday for all what you doing and give as, in this book I foundet all respons of all my questions about trading.. I lern a lot from this book!
Personality i use one more indicator for manualy trading of this strategy, and its name force index, and I used, like how Alexander say in the book, on D1, with index (2).
And its work for me very well.
I dont understund 100pipsaday, you use this strategy for live acount, but made 20,500 pips with D1 - 20 EMA & 50 EMA strategy...Ok for me the last its work fine, now I put this 3 screen strategy in work, for what I dont now

I'm confused by your question...

The D1 20 EMA & 50 EMA strategy is a new strategy I'm testing out, so far so good but I'm not ready to start trading large amounts of my hard earned money with it quite yet. As for this strategy, it is proven and profitable so I stick with it.

Please allow another question: Does the EA also work on H1 MACD (instead of D1) and M15/5 W%R (instead of H1) for intraday trading? I know actually it is designed for swing trading. For that it works fine!

I don not understand what you mean here. Are you referring to the trades of the EA ?
I understand that in that case the EA sets the SL and TP. But in case you are trading manually, you have to also set manually the SL and TP . For those situations "Script_SLTP" is intended.

By the way : Do I have to set up the thirdscreenstrategy_EA in every chart per pair that I want to trade or is it enough to install the EA only once in one chart. In other words : does the EA handle all pairs or only the screen pair ?

Another question : Is it necessary to attach the thirdscreen EA to a specific timeframe or is any timeframe OK ?
However, I attach the EA at the moment to the daily timeframe as this seems the best choice.

Only the screen pair!, but you save teplates of this pair, then put this template on over pairs.

Yeah CAD/JPY drops 1000 pips down,as well as other JPY pairs.That was really good.

That is another EA in another thread. It is not the same as this strategy.
Yesterday was my first time trying this strategy out and I must say I am beyond impressed with the results and the ease of use. I did glance at the weekly chart before I checked the Daily and 1H charts. I made 5 trades yesterday. I didnt even let them hit TP or SL. I closed them manually. I closed them because I am only trading a $200 USD account and I realized I was on the threshold of a margin call had the trades gone bad. Silly mistake by me but still.....

I netted 543 pips and in under 12 hours. Could not have woken up to a better result. I had to go to work so I missed a few other entries but that's ok. I did manage to open one more entry this afternoon that is already 40 pips in the positive.

So my first day trading I managed to make $60 with only a $200 account trading the smallest lot size (0.01/10 cents a pip). Not a bad way to start the weekend. And I must also solidify that most of the questions people have are answered in the thread. I read the whole thread once (skimmed over the EA stuff because I generally dont like EAs) and had awesome results.

Thanks again. I will try to post some charts and actual results from the broker next week.

i see many people here are trading GBPAUD , so i wanted to ask your views on this pair , well it had a good run this month , now do u guys see a potential for a reversal , i mean 1.5882 is a strong resistance and has held it so many times , well i went short on this pair when the price was on 1.5400 and now i am almost 500 pips negative , help me guys i dont know what to do cos i cant think of anything ,

This is a Trend Strategy. Not a "try to pick the top and don't use a stop loss type of strategy"

If you can't follow system rules and parameters then you shouldn't be asking questions like this.

Also, you say you can't think of anything, well I can! How about you read through the entire thread and learn how to utilize this strategy. Don't come in here talking about your open positions that are 500 pips in the red and asking for help...
