To some extent. However, limiting your trading to a few trades a month or week does not indicate pocket depth. You can still successfully trade 4H/1D with medium capitalization. Scalping is no good undercapitalized, and leverage can beat your account up.

All I am getting at is most overtrade trying to catch every daily moment. There is no need.

I mean your trade never reaches the real market (with market maker). Your trade is only in your brokers system. The brokers system mirrors the real market (supposed to anyway), but it all takes place within their computers. However, when the broker hedges, their orders are placed directly into the real market. In other words all the client's orders (of a market maker broker) never really get placed in the real market. Only what they choose to place into the real market in order to cover their risk/exposure.

is it? it different from share or market? it's control by the market demand and supply?
what you say may refer to CFD? else i think it's a real market, which even your little amount will bring little help to your position.

Has nothing to do with supply and demand. I'm talking about real market versus simulating the real market. And yes, as an individual, your trade probably wouldn't affect the real market in the slightest anyway.

I was trying to explain the difference between market maker broker and non-market making broker. That's all. The real market is supposed to be the interbank exchange. Basically, the largest banks in the world have an electronic network that reflects the current price for that given moment. The price is supposed to be ultimately determined by supply and demand (like any true market). Are you questioning if the real market is real?

i just want to know what is the factor affect the market..........
are we also the factor that affect the market? depend what product that we going to play??
if we don;t have the power to affect the market.......then it's quite sad to hear that............

The FOREX market is the largest in the world. It's not even close. It's basically the market for the exchanging of money. So anyone that has or uses money is technically a part of the market, directly or indirectly. Directly speaking, there is somewhat of an order of magnitude as to who affects the pricing of currency the most. Central Banks are at the top. Not only do they supply the market with money, they also determine interest rates, etc. Then you have large global banks. Followed by large corporations. Next by large Funds (eg Hedge Funds). Etc.

Here is a screenshot from Wikipedia on the order of large banks that actively trade foreign currency. I don't know how accurate these figures are, but it seems about right.

Pretty much, although no one controls the market entirely. The price is supposed to be determined by supply and demand. Many things affect supply and demand. They can be political, economical or pure speculation. Every participant may have a different purpose or agenda.

Everybody supporting USD,because the FED wants to scale back its stimulus program.Why is that?If they stops the program they won't print money because their economy is in the healing period.So they're strengthening dollar.I really don't understand it.
