Hello traders am very happy to bring to you the most powerful system based on the trendline. I have developed this system primarily based on price action. This system is a methodical system that one has to carry out each day to get great entries and exits. This System is

1. An Indicator Free system
2. Used in literally all the systems including Stocks, Forex or a place where you can get hold of a trendline tool.
3. A high success rate system, My Trade Explorer is an indication
4. A big Boys System
5. A Candlestick Free System

System in Nutshell:

it involves a bar to break the trendline and the next bar to retrace to trend line level to take entry. Exit could be fixed 40 -50 pips or close to previous support and resistance areas. This system floats with the price at all times, as the price always kisses the trendline or breaks the trendline. The second concept ie. breaking the trendline is what we use here.

Faq's

1. What is the ideal time to Trade?


Asian and European.


2. What pairs to Trade?

Any Pairs Based on Session.

3. Which pair to Trade in Which Session?

Australian and Yen pairs at Asian Session, Euro and Pound pairs at European Session, Mostly avoid US Sessions.

4. Can i Trade at news?

Do not Trade Big news, always trade after the news.

5. What is valid breakout of trendline?

A valid set up is one when the breakout of the trendline happens and the bar closes above/below the trendline after 1 hr close.

6. What about Break Even?

Always move the trade to BE when you reach 20 pips profit.

how many trades do you execute in avg month ?

do you trade only one pair?

how do you mange your trade,whan do you move to "b.e" (if you do)?

do you divide yours trades?

what do you do when the price don't rich your target on the spot?

how much time do you dedicated for trading (do you watch the chart all day long?)

Wow so many questions.. good!! let me answer them and add a few to Faq's

I traded in 15 and 5 min but too tooo tooooo many fakeys so avoid it.

No of trades per month depends on how many pairs you are following, typically i make 30 - 40 trades a month, 1- 2 per day.

You can move your trade to BE after 20 pips it is a must.

No mate i trade all the breakouts based in 1 hr, 4hr or daily breakouts.

Been trading this system for more than 6 months, trade explorer shows the recent data.

I am always at breakeven after 20 pips, then its market that should take the price to my target. most of the time i close around 30 -50 pips depending on risk reward ratio.

Trade from london open to london close once a hr...

I trade with the trendline break even if it is against trend but you should know the limit where the price will go, based on previous support and reistence levels. You will win with the judgemnts based on 1. Trendline break, 2. General news regarding the pair. So you get success by using technical and fundamentals of the currency and using your logic to initiate the trades.

How we decide to draw trendline on the top side or bottom side?
In your chart you drew the trendline at top side

How far back (time/candles) should we check on the peaks/bottoms to join the trendline?

When you feel the trend is down always draw the trendline on top of price action and when price is uptrend draw the trendline from below. On a daily chart you should zoom out sufficiently to cover 6 months of data.

See how we can add more significant levels to the previous daily chart, when we move down to a 4hr chart, you can see daily trendline and daily resistence levels in this chart.

May i ask for ur entry,
when price breaks n close outside trendline, then on next candle when it retraces to de trendline, u enter im de direction of the initial break?
Do u look at price action or candlestick patterns ? Or u jus enter when price retraces?
How do u prevent fake breakouts?

i enter in the direction of the candle break after retrace. I never look at candle stick. i use my levels as my guide

An ideal trade plan should include:

1. look at the trend in daily, 4hr and hourly.

2. look at the important support, Resistance levels that were plotted in daily and 4hr.

3. think and initiate.

An example:

1. Daily trend down, 4hr trend down but 1 hr trend is up and there is a trendline break on the downside in 1 hr.. so now we can safely initiate a sell trade in direction of daily and 4hr..

2. Daily trend down, 4hr trend up, 1 hr trend down. what does the situation mean? there is a overall downtrend in the pair for last few months but last few weeks the pair is up trend as suggested by 4hr trend this means it could be a retracement of a daily down move. i hope you are clear up to this point.

Now we move to the 1 hr and see there is a break on the upside of the 1 hr downtrend, suggesting a retracement of the 4h is going to continue and we take the trade and set out TP to important levels.

ur example 1, where daily and 4H is down, 1h is up, is easy to understand and execute as the daily and 4h directions are aligned.

ur example 2 is where i might hav abit of difficulties trying to execute, as sometimes it is difficult to gauge when will the 4h uptrend end, and the daily downtrend would continue.

hmmm dont mind another question?
if lets says price breaks out, but it doesnt retrace back to the trendline, it jus crashes/shoots past the breakout,
how do u time ur entry on this kind of breakout?
or it would have been a miss for this?

hi david when the break does not retrace back i will not enter and leave the trade.. i am following 5 pairs so chances will happen in others, in Forex you should let go the missed opportunity and wait for the next one.

Regarding the second scenario i was explaining, it is were the levels come in to play you shold be aware of previos highs and lows and place your Tp near to that levels.
