Anyways with Aussie. Currently at 78% Fib, which is acting like resistance. May was to retest. My swing low theory is void if it fails to break this resistance. Target 1 .9665 hit. Next .955

about 175 pips with 10 pips of risk

probably my best trade ever (risk reward)


and best week ever


and it was my most patient week ever as well. many trades i held for 12-24 hours, not typical of me

this of course should tell me something i already know

patience pays


no scalps today just AJ and UJ short overnight lastnight

Possible i think yes

The 2012 low held up by 10 pips.

It's absolutely insane to me.. the market ALWAYS pushes to the extremes. They never just go "aussie undervalued lets buy it here at 9650"

Nope, they HAVE to push it to the very high/low it seems.. always.. on every time frame.. on every pair.

could have entered long 9600 with SL 15 pips and been just fine..


i think its highly likely we see AUDUSD go up soon.. to see some relief..


if it wants to go to 9400, it will happen in June and no earlier.

Maybe for a little bounce but I will be cautious until I see a nice consolidation zone to breakout from.

Chart 1 [Aud/Jpy Daily]
- A range of April High/Low
- 1st April formed the low and 11th April formed the High
- 38 days had been ranging in previous month High/Low
- 26th/27th May loittering around the previous month low (Possible end of trend)

Chart 2 [Aud/Jpy Monthly]
- Possible top reversal
- This bullish wave on month chart need to correct.

I am looking for breakout towards the downside for a longer term trade. What do you guys see for this pair?

Just curious if you have success on this MM, because I do use some smaller margin to compound(Eg my explorer), but my balance roller coaster (inconsistent risk balance), maybe you may assist me in some way to fine tune it as my mm sucks. Hit me on PM if you willing to share more. Thanks.

Having success so far yes. Another way you can look at it is

I risk 0.5% of total capital, then if I win, risk 1% of capital, then win again, risk 2%. If 3 wins in a row, thats a 3.5% gain all from a 0.5% risk.

Then after 3 win, bank 1.75%, then continue streak at 1.75%. If you win 3 more in a row, thats 12% gain total. Then pull out half, 6%.

In savings = 7.75%

Then I continue with 6%, and if I lose that 6% (the 7th win in a row ends up being a loss instead), then I lose everything in the trading account, and have to pull from the savings to start over.

So then just pull 10% of the savings, and start over. So instead of risking 0.5%, I'll start the streak over with 0.75% risk (10% of savings from profits)





Anyway, didn't trade today. No news and USD bank holiday typically represents the slowest days of all even if the rest of the worlds banks are open.

Great post, those chart make it obvious to me it will retrace to 9400 minimum. Maybe even 9000 (the 50% retrace and range breakout zone from the years of consolidation seen after 2008).Also this will run directly into the primary bull trendline, if the retrace to 9000 ends up taking a while... could have some consolidation in that zone, then hit the trendline and retest the highs or break them like in 2006, we broke the highs by about 50 pips, creating a huge divergence which was sold immediately. Then we consolidated and put in a lower high over the year 2007, and got slammed in 2008 of course.

So far playing out okay.

Thanks man. AUD/JPY PA is in an intra-day triangle formation now. Would love to see a south break. The Bank Holidays we have today worry me a bit. The price action is in 'slow motion' all day & in a quite small range. What are the targets you're aiming buddy? We might see a bump on a down journey @ ~96,90 I think. Some zones there might become our road blocks. Will most likely move my SL to b/e after reaching this area.
