Hi 100 pips and traders , Just want to know why put in two indicators of MA Ribbon filled 2x14 , Is both indicator same , both both in chart ?

The MQ4 file contains the source code, meaning you could actually open it in MetaEditor and make changes to the code of the indicator. The EX4 is the compiled version, ready to be used in MT4. Hope this helps.

If you check the properties for 2nd One MA Ribbon filled 2x14 file, you will notice that it is used for weekly chart only to get a longer term view on the trend.

on h1 williams indy just needs to be over under the level for a tick. not a close or anything like that. just needs a tick spike and the condition is valid to open.

Total pairs fluctuate (20 pairs)

all open trades

4 days ago -1500
1 day ago +2000
today +400

none trade was closed yet

i think is better to take profit when the total profit hit 2000 pips (20 pairs)

What do you think guys??? i prefer no wait until each pair hit you TP or SL

Management total pairs is better

Hi 100Pips,
thanks a lot for sharing the System. It works pretty good.

My suggestion:
1. for more secure trade entry
2. early reversal signal

Since friday the EA took 4 x AUDCAD trades. Perhaps I would have taken manual the first trade on friday (normally i dont trade on friday). Definitly i would not have taken the other 3 Trades.

I check always:

1. The D1 20&50 EMA rules are clear
2. High/low of previos week (see 2 blue lines)
3. New Weekly candle (reversal?); as you can see (pic) the PA changed to long (W1 blue candle).

As long as the W1 candel is blue(red) i disable the EA for pairs in a downtrend(uptrend). For today all AUD pairs, USD pairs.
just my 2 cents!

Then you would probably want to close out all of your positions when you are -1,000 pips floating profit in order to keep your risk/reward ratio the same...

We could have -1,000 floating pips at any given time very easily using this strategy on multiple pairs. This is a swing trading strategy, not a day trading strategy. Positions are held for days and even weeks at a time.

hi 100pipsAday,am enjoying trading this method on my demo,but what are the chances of wiping the account as there is many pairs with big stop loss.what are the chances of getting stopped out and blowing the account.

You need to trade what works for your account size. Adjust Max positions per pair, adjust lot size, and adjust how many pairs you are trading.

I'm going to start a very very small live account with this and will probably trade 0.01 micro lots, max positions 4-6, and will only trade on maybe 6-8 pairs or so.

I don't really like to get into money management with other people, as a trader this is something that we need to be aware of BEFORE we start trading any strategy or system.
