What do you guys think about this pin bar on the USD/CHF? It hasn't closed yet, but I doubt it won't close as is.

The strong move up is what's bothering my analysis.

excellent pinbar with similar bar size as compared to previous bars in the move.hopefully FTA is @ 1.4600

Albus, GBPCHF is in strong bullish trend and the PB makes a HH and has little space for money management

Hi everyone,

Just seen a potenial pin bar forming on USD/CAD. it's bouncing off the 61 fib and also a PPZ (I think it's a PPZ?), with a BRN just above. Overall trend is looking down I think.

Thoughts?

nice pinbar indeed, but i dont like all the traffic right underneath ... passing on that one as it is not A+

Hey Jomi

For me not quite enough confluence but the bar is good size. It is fighting a bigger buob but I think a break of the bar should get us to the 9600 area. I do think in a situation like this a retrace entry to the left eye makes the most sense. Of course I think stops should be tight above the left eye either way in a situation like this

Havn't seen Jim lately...Does he still post his trades and charts on this thread...i am new and had a look at some of his strategies and charts and it looks interesting. I am just in the process of drawing the PPV zones. Want to learn how to draw perfect ones where price does react. Would be really happy if you guys can help me in the process of becoming a successful trader.

Welcome to the thread

James will be back he has spent some time with his real estate, but should be back in the coming months from what he tells me

As for charts don't hesitate to post up some of your charts and we can help you get better on track with anything that might be wrong

Hey everyone, been a while since I've posted, but anyone watching this.

Oanda so 1200 bar close, looks different on fxpro server 1700 bar close.

BRN .99 Large pivot zone @ .9854 and rising trendline bounce.

Things that concern me, Aud quite bearish and parity above.

What do you guys think?

He'll be back, I talk with Jim weekly. In fact just was talking with him bad tornadoes around his area. He's just been very busy with other parts of his life. Such is life though, kids, business etc

Easy USDCAD trade today. The daily has made a long wicked bar, some might consider it a pin bar. Lots of confluence, daily 61.8 fibo retrace, strong H4 supply level, and 1.02 BRN. I took the touch at 1.02, and sweated a little draw down. Looks like next stop is 1.01.

Easy NZDUSD trade. BRN at 0.82, weekly and daily swing levels, and strong bullish gartley harmonic pattern. Got in at 0.82, still holding, but not liking the down moves in the NZD and AUD pairs despite the bubble in equities.

The picture did not come out right, not sure why. LOL.

One more interesting chart - EURAUD daily. Tuesday was a long wicked bar at the Weekly / Daily swing level, and could not close above. With yesterday's Germany GDP data, we had a nice daily engulfing bar up at the top. The trendline is very steep, and looks broken. AUDUSD is also at an extreme low level, so any correction in the AUD would see this pair drop. If you zoom into 4H, there is an SR level at 1.3050, which is a nice psych level. FTA is at the 1.3000 BRN, so not a lot of space, but this could be a significant double top. I'm waiting for a touch trade at 1.3050. Would like to know what the J16 gurus think. Thanks.
