Light structure is a resistance/support line, demand/supply zones are support/resistance areas (these zones are structure). There is no heavy structure. It is light because it does not correspond to a demand/supply zone that you would draw, based on experience. If price obeys light structure, it implies that the driving force is weakening , which was explained in this post.

Mr Pips, and all who kindly contribute to this thread................
A big thanks for a genius set of strategies and contributions.

I have toured a few threads on FF and tried different systems/strategies - box breakouts - indicator combinations etc etc for 6 months
On Friday I spent 2 hours applying the 'Aggressive C' strategy to various pairs all on M5 TF.
I placed 10 trades:
9 successful vs 1 unsuccessful at an average of +20 pips per trade

The 1 loss was a trade on US/CHF I placed where PA was tracking into 'structure', but I wanted to 'test' a trade that shouldnt have been placed.....so this was a success in is own right.
I would post results and a chart or two but my demo platform froze (apparently you shouldnt have too many charts open?)

I only have an hour or two per day to trade until I fulfill my dream of becoming a professional trader. Do you trade the Aggressive C patterns as they present themselves, or do you wait for Bats, Gartleys etc to form?

Anyone seeing this as a Bullish Gartley? NZDUSD Daily chart.

Hi again

Can someone please let me know if Im on the right track.
This is my first 'Bat' attempt.
Technically this is a no entry as price did not break into the fib 161 zone........................I think

hey man, everything looks good except accelerating PA towards PRZ, when this happens pattern generally fails in my experience

Hello Mr Pip, Well i mostly have been trading the ABCD pattern as i am going through your posts i found out two things one is gartley and one is bat pattern. How are the two different, i am little confused in this can you clear out please.

lol yeah wasn't sure why you had that bat pic up there.. anyways I didn't make sure the second retracement was 61-78 but eyeing it looked ok.. just giving 2 cents on acceleration on PA ive lost a couple pips due to that phenomenon

Challenging move on EURUSD M1 today. All started with a bearish Gartley. My SL was wrong by 1 pip on the first trade. Then I decided to reenter and second trade closed at breakeven, right before the expected move finally took place :-(

No big deal. Lots of opportunities today tonnes more tomorrow.

Dont' be hard on yourself, sometimes we just need more experience to see whats happening. I find reviewing my screenshots with their comments on the weekend awesome as it helps me self correct things I may not know I'm doing during trade time. Small trade for me today on the big agro C from the spike down. Not a stellar performance considering the # of oportunities but in the black none the less . Cheers.

thanking you kindly for your support. I checked the post you refered to, funny thing is as i was reading i remembered i read it before. a cleanly forget. their is much information with Mr. Pip (its like an encyclopedia here ) definatley practise makes perfect.

Dear Mr. Pip and traders,

last week i posted this GBUS chart and some of us had lovely discussion about it, i am very happy with the out come since price is at about 1.52900 and i went short at 1.55900 (3000pips). this is massive return, biggest i ever got. very happy and i hope it is more than luck. i still am in the trade. anyhow, i wanted to say is that i am sorry i have not had any input in other patterns. my focus in this time is become profecient in AB=CD, order flow, PA, structure in a manner that i do not think about it. it must be like changing gears in a car...automatic!!!

Hey Fine,

It was the next incomplete leg up on your chart. I missed the down and up (breakfast time here) but caught the top for 8 or so pips anticipating the shallow retrace. It was the agro C of the large leg down. ABCD completion etc good for some pips . Cheers.
