I use 1 min Genesis for entry and and Babon for exit .

Hi all!
I think I miss something. When we trade according to "TMA M1
beyond the Ichimoku cloud" as far as I have understood before entering into a trade
we have to look at the 1H big picture for being sure of the trend.
But when I read your posts here it seems that you use only some indis in 1m TF
like tv1 or fx fisher for determining the trend. Am I wrong?

Good question, I will be looking for the answer!! hehe.

I´m going to post my opinion... I think that FAV prefer to see the trends by himself, but some of the traders here don´t trust so much in their opinion, so they prefer indicators to stay neutral, because sometimes if you want to see a trend, you will be able to see it even if there is not that trend. It´s a common problem hehe.

Also it could be more comfortable to do not change the timeframe.

You can use "TMA beyound the cloud " as a stand alone system " . But looking at H1 Template will give you better results, if you go with H1 and H4 trends.
I t gets experience to interpret H1 Babon , it's a lagging indicator .

Genesis is one of my trading systems (m5 and higher..never try on m1)

i think that this indi ifractals could be useful in finding hh hl etc..

it's not the holy bible, but could be useful..

Serious now people...please read and read again the rules of the system

We use Babon-H1 template to observe
- the big trend and
- the position atm regard median TMA H1 and eventualy crossover of TMA h1/h4

Even if the trend is down and we are close to the median of TMA, do not forget that in this template we have H1 candels with many pips each (and we chase 15-20p), therefore, if i have a strong signal on m1 i will buy...BUT with extreme caution (volume and sl)

Do not forget that we have even a pattern for CT

Please tell me where did you find in "the book of Babon System" any reference of tv1, fx fisher, etc?

Hi Simonik!
That is true, there is no reference to those indi in this Book. But I remember that Favorite was looking for a filter for" the TMA M1 beyond the Ichimoku cloud" strategy and I just noticed that many people are using those indis for trading. I thought that perhaps they are right.

good day everybody, i have some catching up to do on the thread since i have been away for 8 days or so and had only about 10-15 min of internet access per day.

anyway, took one eurjpy trade by mistake this morning but closed it immediately for a 3 pip loss.
then took long for 12 pips profit which juuuuust hit my profit target

That is true. Furthermore IMHO often the trend does'nt appear very clearly in 1H tf for example this morning when
dvanderlinde entered long and won 13 pips ( post 3539). It was however a beautiful trade if we consider this part of babon strategy as a stand alone system or if we have a good filter.
