When GbpUsd (one of two most popular and most powerful currencies) has a 120 pips spike in a couple of minutes, that affects the dollar, and dollar affects all the dollar-based pairs, and they affect the crosses.
It has nothing to do with the correlation. If you don't understand what DOLLAR-based currencies are all about - too bad. I've seen even strong AudUsd spikes affected all the usd-based pairs, and we're talking about GbpUsd here, for God's sake!
And yes, even 500 pisp moving of gbp doesnt affect anything
I am sorry but that shows how you don't know the topic.
No wonder 95% of the traders are losers.
