Hi my friends..You can ignore my previous inquiry about Time Sales window..now..exactly now I know what Rocky is talking about.

Cad 60 min trade for the day

Trappist, hope you found your answer. Reading the Time and Sales window can be challenging. I use it and it does help when you
can see the big 9, 15, or even 100 block trades entering the market. But the Institutions will also use it to "trick" the retail trader
into thinking that they are about to explode the market either up or down. They will place 100, 300, even 500 block limit orders at
a certain price. When the retail traders see this they think that they are going to make a killing following the big money. Then when PA
approaches their limit order they pull the block trade and take the market in the opposite direction. Mean while the retail trader is
trapped in a negative trade and gets stopped out.

Tuesdays setup did not make it to my "area of interest" for a short.

Only20gp, Nice trade, good execution. Don't be afraid to hang on to your trade for more pips. Pull up a higher time frame and see if there is a well defined demand zone that you can take profit from and make more pips. Run Fibs and see if the 618% or 987% extensions converge with a higher
timeframe Demand Zone, this is how you "Stack The Odds". But most importantly, it's not how much you can make on a trade, because you and I have no control over where the market will turn. However, we do have control over our risk. Be a good risk manager and your account will grow. Again, great analysis on your trade, Rocky...

Rocky, it is nice to hear from you. I think it is easier for SM to mislead retail traders by changing their limit orders as you have described in your post. It will be at zero cost for them.

Alternatively; at a supply level, they will mark up the price by buying contracts to check if there is high demand at that level. At a demand level, they will mark down the price by selling contracts to check if there is high supply. In the end of these manoeuvres they will put the price back from where they started playing the game when they know supply is gone at demand level or demad is gone at supply level. They will keep on moving the market at their desired direction.

For us it is important to follow Time and Sales window and be familiar with their traps. For example, if you remember you were in a short position at a supply level, they suddenly showed huge amount of contracts that were traded "At Bid/Buy" price. You realised directly the risk for the supply level to get broken and closed your position. Afterwards, we saw that it was a trap (upthrust), so they moved the price downwards.

EURUSD

Took the same short as you on the spot, managed 40 pips. on futures i was looking for it to hit the demand, almost did before it reversd. Should come back in no time though. Good analysis Rocky.... Never really watched 720m charts.

Good job only20gp trading the Spot Market. Eur missed my target by 12 pips. I'm keeping a close eye on this and if I see Eur moving up from here I will close out the trade for a small loss.

Closed out Eur trade for minus $150.

PA has closed back into the 720 min channel on the 60 min chart with the 5am candle being a Pin on high volume. Long at 1.3016 EUR Futures.
