Hi Daddybear,
Is it me or has the AU become a safer trading place, ie not as larger moves as say the Eyen to whipsaw you out. If you got the right trend and trade with it your on a winner.

My question though is when do you think the action will pick up again? We are kinda of caught between 2 conflicting ideals at the moment.
1) Aussie is overvalued
2) Aussie being the best carry/risk trade available

My hope is that volatility starts to pick up after ANZAC day and we see a clear trend with many green pips. Till then I will be riding the AU any which way it goes.

I wouldn't spend time to figure out if the Aussie is overvalued or not. We are trading not investing. As to future moves, a bullish pattern is being formed IMO.

1.02 will be a very interesting level to watch

If we get a bounce there it would project the AU higher

However if it breaks through the level I think parity is on the card,

Only time will tell
