I had to switch any music off as it was influencing my trades. When it was up beat - I was making mistakes and being a little gung ho instead of following the plan, when it was really relaxing my focus was effected - so the sound of silence is the best for me. I definately don't listen to the news!! Much too distracting and makes for second guessing.

Why do I listen to it when trading....?

If you substitute the word "heart" in this song by either "support" or "resistance"... then yea, that's how I feel man...

Sadly once it's broken, cannot unbreak and took away from me a lot of money... Cant believe how many times I scream "don't leave me in all this pain", "come back and bring back my smile!"... but the market is so cruel, price never came back and I got margin call...
