Yes the 3 monitors are attached to one CPU, and I do use the 3 of them.

Nothing major happening right now, and I am struggling to stay awake; will go back to bed shortly.

No, sorry, it's the principle of the thing and it is important. When I trade - I trade! I don't eat at the same time, don't drink, don't play with the computer, don't have sex, don't watch TV...

And I'm not going to install some idiotic EA (that can screw up everything or send my data to God knows whom) just because somebody wants me to prove something.

Sorry Favorite and Roguetrader. It seems that I was using some settings for Babon that got me in the trade a few bars later . If I had used favorites entry i would have had +14 pips. Stupid of me to mess with the original settings. See image below

Yes, those 2-3 hours before London Open sometimes are pretty damn good because I trade EURJPY and it is not the very beginning of the Asian session, but the time when thing already are looking up! However Igor starts his trading much earlier than I, as far as I understand even before the Tokio Open, and he's doing just fine.

Come on, don't apologize! It is a good thing - now you know what was wrong and I know what could be wrong and all the participants paid attention! So it is a good thing!

Mario, is much more simple than that... I use an EA to handle my orders in a visual way that takes a screenshot saving per pair and day all the operations that I made.

Hi Favorite,

nice system. I noticed you trade always Frankfurt and London opening. Did you ever try a more systematic approach? What kind of success rate would that bring?

This system seems to work pretty well with the Jpy pairs probably due to volatility.


Do you only trade that system today or still TMS?

yeah no offense to Favorite but the reason I also wanted to see his actual entry is because I see it often in my experience if i follow the rules there is no valid entry but after many minutes when i look back at the history it was now become good and valid entry.

mario77, I explained about taking screenshots manually and I explained about taking screenshots by EA, and I don't want to discuss it further, but I do want to discuss how come that you see valid entries afterwards. Price Action doesn't repaint, Babon Slope doesn't repaint and Ichimoku cloud doesn't repaint, so after the candle is closed it would NEVER change. And I explained many times that we take the second Babon candle because we want to see the first one closed.

like this one example, the first picture on the pink horizontal line as we can see the price is very closed to TMA1 so no valid entry. on the second pic it is now a good entry with 15 pips TP on the TM1. See the difference?

No, I don't see any difference, I only see that you don't know the rules. Why are you talking about TMA M1 if my rules in post 930 say about TMA M5?

And TMA M5 is very stable, even on your picture you can see it.

Yes, TMA M5 repaints, but it repaints less than TMA M1, it is much more stable and steady than TMA M1, and this distance between the price and the upper yellow line is very important. Basically the more the distance is, the more potential this trade has. At M1 price usually goes more or less between the upper TMA M5 band and the lower TMA M5 band, it can go much further if the trend is good, but we can't rely on it. If the distance between the price and the upper yellow band is less than 10 pips there are good chances that we won't get even those 10 pips and that this upper line would work like a strong resistance. But let's say that the distance is good, something like between 10 and 30 pips.
And why are you showing to me "Babon-B"?

Babon-B is NOT for the entries! Babon-B for the exits and for watching the TMA Patterns. That's it!

You enter from Babon-A! Babon_A contains Babon Slope, Ichimoku cloud and yellow lines (TMA M5).

How can you trade the system if you don't know the rules and don't use the templates the right way?

Actually i've stopped using the clouds as entry rules, i use 2 templates to trade :
1) Favorite's Babon-B
2) Personnal template based on TMA M5 and support&resistance
Here are the files needed, everything else is on the thread
I'll explain the entry rules when i've a little bit more time.

Today i made only +15% for the moment but i prefer more these 15% than all my +200% in one day cause these one are on my real account.

Burt, Babon is a very new system, as a matter of fact I'm still not sure whether it's finished or I'd add some small nuances later. So it is so new that I can't talk about a more systematic approach right now, I have to think everything over. I think my success rate trading Babon is close to 95%, but I can't say exactly because I also trade two other M1 systems on the same account. Today I traded only Babon and one of those two M1 systems. I don't trade TMS any more, but I use TMS H1 all the time for the "big picture".

Babon works great with EURJPY, but I can assure you that it would work very good with GBPJPY, EURUSD and GBPUSD too. In a little while we'll have a Dashboard (thanks to Paul), so it would be easier.
