Live coverage of NFP. I would wait till 5 minutes before. I usually tune in to hear the number released rather than wait to read it later.

IMO any number over 200K USD SHOULD soar and euro will go down

But like Steve says news is just catalyst. I would watch PA for a few min first. Often the knee jerk moves are totally wrong

  1. Market sits on hands ahead of NFP as 1.2900/40 range holds
  2. Talk of solid bids 1.2875/85 aid to contain bottom, solid offers 1.2940/50 cap top
  3. Talk light stops above 1.2950 & more near 1.2965
  4. Pair holds above old TL res & 21 DMA, RSI bullish & USD yield advantage slips
  5. All suggest higher levels, break of 1.2950 has mkt eye Mar 25 high 1.3050

If it wewnrīt for NFP, Iīd have traded the breakout upwards just now. maybe. Itīs rather long gone already...

the pessimistic numbers from european banks given, I will look for short only, else flat. Think that gives highest chane for a winner

I remained flat. Couldīve hit the putton around 65 though - missed that spot so I didnīt want to jump "behind the train".
