AUD broke the upper channel in a downward channel trend, potential break to the upside as well as EUR.

Am looking towards bullishness for AUDUSD too. Seems to have retraced enough (38.2%) from recent bullish, looks like an uptrend until 1.0585 level.
Likewise, H1 shows MACD/RSI divergence + poor U.S ISM data seems to support the upside of this pair.

interest rates unchanged, aud higher and pushing strong, 1.0492 next resistance should it get there at all

Yeah, 1.0500 level is definitely a level we have to look out for. Any breakout from there, then will be expecting AUDUSD to head to 1.0585 level.
Similarly, will be looking out for AUDUSD level not to break down of 1.0420 level.
Still don't see much divergence in indicators and price action. Remain bullish on it.

If the price breaks through the level 1.04600 bullish movement will start. Targets of the bullish movement: 1.04811 otherwise stop loss: 1.04473.

Hi guys

Just took a look at the daily chart. AUDUSD still looking bullish to me. Once a clean break of the 1.0476 resistance is broken, it could run to 1.0577. However if the resistance at 1.0476 isn't taken out, a move back down to 1.0423 could be expected.

Will watch the 4hr chart for further confirmation on direction.

Yeah, 1.0490 level seems pretty hard to breakout from there. The failure to breakout from there seems to indicated potential dbl top on H1. Plus I'm seeing some divergence at the top level, with dark cloud forming before that. Would only long if AUD broke the 1.0500 (+10 to 20 pips).

Big news tonight, but we may see it head lower after breaking down from 1.0493; but depending on the news we could see a bounce. The forecasts are rather lofty - forecast a 200% turnaround in building approvals. Retail sales is forecasted downwards. A beat may provide support.

However, in the long term it seems that Aussie is highly correlated with the US stock market, and we seen that decline along with the market regardless of the dollar selloff. Given the global contraction and possible S&P consolidation or future selloff could prove difficult for Aussie.

In regards to the chart, there was a steep decline from 1.0493 and breaking through daily support and trending downward in a channel (yellow). RSI is trending down, and the white box looks like a supply zone. Looking at the first level of demand around 1.0440/35. Let's see what happens!

this is my chart

i knew it can be happend just yesterday.. so i am gonna put short selling at 1.048 while my long buy is still on the way at 1.04 .. nice isn't?

technical: it might be support 1.043 or 1.041/40
