Correct! To be more precise: as I use (probably) a different broker, my prices with Oanda are 1.28463 and 1.28709.

Great thanks. OK I have one here for SP. Can you please explain why we are trading (successfully) off the LC today when there was no LC yesterday?!

It was a bank holiday here

lol it still worked out for you though. Yeah I'm UK and it didn't click till SP said London came back today to sort out the mess. Put this one down to luck rather than your superior trading skills.

I will go out on a limb and hazard a guess that there were skeleton crews in place to handle currency exchanges for big corporate clients.

Or a lot of BlackBerry action going on from, I was gonna say back gardens but it was freezing again here yesterday. Apparently 2mill Brits flew abroad for the weekend - so from poolsides across Spain.

Although this country was founded on religious freedom we are no longer allowed to celebrate or mention (even in hushed tones) in public the existence of Christian religious holidays. Our taxes have grown to be as high as yours also. If the weather was a little better there you guys would have it made.

You do not need to zoom in...just hold your mouse over the 1 hour bar and you will see the OHLC (Open high low close) values in the bottom right of your MT4 window - just right to your profile name.

We call that type of cultural pressure PC - Political Correctness. ie Nothing you say should offend or have the potential to offend anyone.
There has been a backlash against it even from more liberal sides as certain fundamental elements of non-Christians have had public demonstrations against Western values. Having a belief in democracy or womens rights offends some of these types so people are realising PC is inherently flawed as a concept.

I was born and grew up in the States. Moved to London about 20 years ago... yes the weather here is pretty crap most of the time. I may be in the minority on this... but on the whole I think we've got it alright here in the UK. I definitely made the right choice in moving here. (No offence to any Americans!)

I want out but it is far too cold and wet there. Southern Spain maybe. If this crisis keeps going you might be able to buy whole towns there for a few bucks.

Hello everyone , Seneca!
I have used the news calender on FF for about 3 years now and I have never ever posted before on any thread. I just want to commend Seneca on his method. It is amazing to me how similar your approach is but from a completely different path. I trade the eurdollar futures market and have studied in detail order flow and how to make it work for me. Over time this developed into a method. The trades I take on the futures tend to be in the same location at the same time in the same direction but I dont reference open high close, I reference supply and demand events in the order flow at crucial times. I could expand but I dont want to muddy up your thread. I have to say Seneca I have read through your whole thread over the weekend. You are a selfless gentleman.
