Very good OZ. Harmonics have some nice targets. I am short from 78.6 with tight stop as entering demand zone and I am looking for 3 waves.

HH/LL divergence seen at 1H. Could plummet southwards even more.

IMO your trend-line is slightly skewed with a right rotation bias. I still see PA bouncing off downwards - trend-line still a resistance.

On second thought... You might be right, sir - it is a support

Otherwise, why would the PA, in my own model, keep sticking to the roof of a trend-line like flies, rather than truly bouncing off them.

I'll forever be hooked on the spot market because it provokes thought.

And, this thinking has revealed perhaps a new phenomenon to ponder: the old trend-line - mine, which is slightly rotated to the left of his- seems to now act as resistance to the PA's new up-swing: one can place sell-limit orders along this path, for example. Hmmmm....

I am not 100% sold on my trend line, it just basically excludes the quick sell-off below 1.019.
Not adding to my longs at this level because I need more of a retracement in price.
Maybe the market will move lower while below 1.0468

The daily channel LTL was intact when the Aussie dropped. I think further upside is still likely. I am not saying that today's candle will be green. My point is we have not seen the point of return yet.

Rub out the sleep from your eyes, Koala. The trend-line I refer to in the post is solid red in colour. Don't be fooled by my unorthodox, many open trades, which are the green broken lines you mention.

I'm buried by the sky above and drowned under the deep blue sea below by my buy/sell hedging trades.
