Again, someone farts and the market spikes, I'm actually expecting another rumor to be released not long after totally denying the previous rumor, seems to be the norm thesedays

I cashed in all longs @ 144.65, now waiting till it gets lower to buy back in.

I've found that I'm most profitable holding for days (not week or hours).

Trying to take shorter term trades inevitably leads to trading against the trend which inevitably results in more losses than gains.

But hey, that's just me.
