I would like to know about the spreads you are seeing, I used to have 1-2 cents on sugar, 0.25 on corn & wheat, 4 cents on silver, now it's 6 / 0.75 / 10 !!!

What the hell happend? Please tell me the numbers you are seeing?

I used to have a micro account, than I asked Support to change it to Currenex. They did. Since than spreads are actually a lot wider. I asked them to change back my account to it's original state. I asked live help what kind of account do I have now, and she said premium.

Something is fishy here, however I really liked them as a broker. Execution is good, and spreads WERE low. I'm trying to get back my original conditions.

I wish I had not written them... LOL.

im using this from last 15 month.
and i have stop Forex last 8 month due to lost.
going to start again.
hf is seems good broker.
i have withdraw a 57$ after the lost (remaining money )
so no problem to withdraw money.
but i don't know we can withdraw profits. (because im lost) couldn't try it.
At the withdrawal they deduct their given bonus money.
so i got less than 57$ after deduction.

thank u all.
hope senior member advice me about profit withdrawal.

Yuri57 im not sure if it had something to do with changing accounts but do keep us posted, and are these spreads for certain pairs you trade? or could it be metals?

damith sorry to hear about your loses, yeah forex can be fraustrating at first bu i suggest when you come back just keep it small at first and me personally avoid bonuses so it wont mess up my trading, bonuses are good dont get me wrong but first you need to stabilize your trading winning streak before you can make good use of the bonuses, we can not win forex by quiting but we have to be wise and play it safe and try to learn as much as we can, btw in withdrawing profits or loses its the same, you will always get your money, and i do too. best of luck

Interesting but I hate forex bonus. Because lets say I deposit $100 and got another $100. So in total I have $200. If I lose $100 from losing trades my whole will be gone. Because they will not allow to keep bonus beyond the deposit amount. So trading with or without bonus not so different for me.

I think 15% Bonus is good... It can be Lose.... Only cant withdraw..

the bonus is only really useful to those that know how to exploit leverage. if i only have $100 and i have a strong feeling that the dollar is going to rise, I would use the additional bonus to purchase a full contract. If I time the trade right and the market shoots up 100 pips, I just made $1000 and now don't care about the $100 bonus. i have done this in the past to get a decent account level and then start to trade more conservatively. the bonus encourages you to trade like you are gambling at a casino, but if you win, then you have something to actually start trading with.

Here is a little more feedback. I have been with HF since november (live).

I used to have 4c spread on silver, now it is 10 (after trading a month) and it was 2c on sugar, now it is 9!!!! Seriously WTF. This is ridiculous .... there were no widening of the spread on news relese now, there is. They will take away all the good conditions once you get "comfortable" trading at them.

So screw them!

@ Yuri57, Well Yuri you might be right, but I`m not trading in gold. I happy with currency trading and spread are always good there.

I also recently opened a "currenex" account. I have to admit this is the lowest spread I ever saw, but when you factor commission, some other brokers can compete. The execution tho, is realy better thant "instant orders", even if its still on MT4, I really do see a difference with "market" orders.
