Great day today! Made 30 pips on the first trade, and 80 pips on the second one. Studying old charts really pays off! Just need to stick to the trading plan and stay positive!

Yesterday, made a mistake that I see the signal at the early stage.

After London open, the price when up till later in the evening I manage to collect positive pips.
Overally it took more that 8 candles = 8 hours to achieve that. Though it's happy ending, but
telling myself, NO MORE EARLY trade. I dont want to encounter the similar situation. Luckily I was busy
with other thing ( got carried away ).. If not I would have exited when the blue bar form.

So I shorted UJ at 96.125 SL=96.302 TP=95.675 ( 45pips ).

I was about to pull the trigger and entered a buy trade at LO , I saw price clearly broke above Asian High, any I went away from computer, then the second hour priced pulled back , and then where you enterd on the third hour after LO priced made its bullish move and you enterd on the break of Asian High

I have not taken the first candle because the session was not open london simply the market and often induces error exists in the 1st and 2nd time london. I'm still a beginner with this method, thank you to phx62 which I read the messages over and over again

Trading plan for this week:

 

  1. Continue to reach target of 100 sample size trades
  2. Continue to standardize recording format for trades
  3. Focus more on EUR.USD
  4. Finish reading posts
  5. Adopt more PA strategies. Currently using Dojis and bullish,bearish candles. Will try to use resistance and supports.
  6. Leave Trading made simple 4H for now. Tackling too much at a time.
  7. Manually adjust SL/TP instead of leaving it to default. (40/40)

Good to have a trading plan and put the hard work in following it with discipline, I'm too in the process of writing my trading plan, but it will take time till its born, I'm taking rules by back testing and forward testing, adjusting here and there, looking at trading plan example even though I still have not looked at one which is written for this strategy just as a guide, but anyway memers are here to help which is great ponus, wish you good luck

Yes those files from Phx62 are invaluable, his presence will always be here with us whenever we open those files and learn from them, I cant tell how much they have benefit me along with with back testing

I have studied charts that Phx62 posted I saw in his chart has the yellow line and purple line , he said that support and resistant area , can someone show me which indicator he used in his charts?

please post that particular chart which you see has the yellow and purple lines.

I don't think Phx62 uses any specific S&R indicator.
