EU 12 Mar POMO:
Tough yesterday to get into this pair on H1.
But as Phx62 said before, EU will make its day high or low in the first 2 hours.
Anyone knows the reasons for this?

Yep. Traders are clearing the order book for the new day before they enter their positions for the day.

Anyone shorting EU? Dropped after fib 61.8 of last major swing. TDI is about to cross. I do not like such a big candle to enter though...

For E/U i will wait for the next d current candle to close and for TDI to cross,though,I see E/U back to downtrend.see chart below

Because that first 2 hours is the overlapping of Asian and Europe sessions.
It's based on assumption that each area has different market bias tendency.

For illustration: the tendency of Asian session is Bullish EURUSD, but the tendency of Europe session is bearish EURUSD.

During Asian, EU will move up.
When the market overlap(Europe open), they have war between bullish and bearish.
When Asian session closed, the bullish force disappeared, leaving Europe session with bearish tendency.
The first 2 hours tend to create day high or low, because that's the hour where reversal likely to happen. (if Asian and Europe have different bias)

Be mindfull of double top's/bottom's and H&S. Those are often very good setups with high R:R.
