Hello, I downloaded the demo of your CTrader-ecn. I downloaded it late Friday and have not yet seen it in action. I currently trade with FXCM using Trading Station II and IBFX using their MT4 platform and have been doing so for more than 20 years, so I can usually find my way around a platform. Not sure what I am doing wrong with the cTrader-ecn platform.

I viewed some of the tutorial videos and clicked around a bit on the platform and it seemed very user friendly. The only problem that I encountered was attempting to download custom indicators and installing them into the chart. After trying this a few times I went back to the videos, but still did not get it right. I downloaded the Trader's Way cAlgo and, thought I was following the videos step by step. To be clear, my concern right now is to correctly install some of the custom indicators that are already available, ie Ichimoku, TDI, Pivots and others not coding new ones. I guess I got confused going back and forth between cTrader and cAlgo. Not sure what the function of both independently accomplish apart from each other.

To Recap:

Could you explain in more detail, then the videos, step by step how to accomplish a successful download of the custom indicators that you already have available? and how to install them onto the cTrader from cAlgo. I'm sure it is some simple step that I missed or misunderstood from the video. cTrader appears to be a awesome platform and I am anticipating the opening Sunday to check out some of its many features.

Trader's Way appears to offer many oppurtunities in different instruments not offered by many others. I am looking forward, once I get my platform configured, to working with your demo and writing a review on my (new work in progress ) Forex Traders Exchange blog, prior to opening a account and trading live.

I attempted to log in to the forum to post this issue there, as it should be, but could not log in using my demo information. I followed the HOW TO INSTALL ROBOTS & INDICATORS as advised;
