Yesterday we have a daily pin bar which had bounced off the 365 EMA. New just came out which was negative for AU. These seem like bearish signs to me....

Price started oscillating into the deeply southern direction just before data was released - this was when I posted the comment - whereas I believe most traders were poised north, and so I believe the erratic southward drops were stops-hunters in action.

IMO there's a fundamental parity that's existing between the Aussy and the US Dollar at this point in time - due mainly to the seemingly recovering US economy on one hand, and the unique strength of Australia's position in the global economic play of things (trade with China, etc), with their damn-high interest rate (high positive swap).
