I second that. @2046 saw your post (and the last few charts) the other day and I forgot to comment earlier...very nice and proper trading mate...2 thumbs up.

In any case, I don't expect anything for this morning but plenty of levels to track for the next few hours and closes. US equities in full control so NY with the last call for rolls and closes. European equities treading water between fresh mini risk wave with circus in Italy, soft macro numbers across the continent, and US bull train holding any move down with extra fuel from the BOE, BOJ and FED....

On the TA side, Tracking closely ES 1504/6x for all time highs. OIL 93.1x for a test 97.5x and failure open non stop strong 90.2x. Euro 1.316x for the rejection but the key one to track is the Q 1.334x (was break up last month. and this one flirting with a breach back down). Gold 1570.xx only level to track to 1640.xx at least, to the other side I will miss any the train as I am not interesting in loading shorts at the lows, Cable 1.530x for 1.445x (mid term) and 1.523x sohrt term for a retrace (or not) to last break out 1.533x....

On the FA side, US GDP numbers wil close the deal across the board. Expecting a overshoot up given last figures and especially after the undershoot last time 'cause of the fiscal cliff.... odds of a last minute "kind" of deal or related offset before US sequestration are increasing by the minute as the GOP is starting to fear that will not only lose votes but a lot money as the stock market may shoot down abruptly.... A "deal"/whatever name or technicality they find will mean all time highs leg....Tracking closely the US ....

Choppy morning and very sensitive intraday session later expected.

Sadly poor numbers from the US that will make things a lot more choppier for the US session.. NY in full control, ES globex holding in a thin line up for the opening but with those numbers .... chop expected with all alarms set at 1504/06 area for the close and on the wires for the sequestration talks...

I rarely post my trades, as it is not to anyones benefit other than giving a particular thus partial view at PA. I'd much rather share a differentiated view across different TFs but usually lack the time to do so in an exhaustive manner.

wondered if you were hanging around today.

what's this heat map you been talking about anyway?

i missed the one down move this morning but did catch 3 good trades yesterday afternoon. 2 dustbins on EU and 1 +37 on EJ so got a few bones anyway. looks like i am going to have to go take a nap and come back for another afternoon session

3198 is a big #... so if its closed and -2130 is probably bearish. and bullish above 3198 with closes.
was looking for 3208, with the 3198 attempt by bulls before we closed the day today. so for it hasn't happened. it is one of the places we will have this year with the largest fight. the bulls want, and so far are denied 3198+. the bears want 2909 ad maybe more. on the smaller chart 3208 is still a valid target, but its an uphill battle against large players.

the ej has been held by the bears and has closed some under 2130..... both are under what bulls need atm.. both are under R atm..

Textbook trade. 1570 tested right on time before Gold close. So far, first round of closes completed with all European Equity markets (from Dax to FTSE) sitting one mini push away from all time highs...it looks so close and within reach but is all in hands of the US.

Second round closes coming in a few with the Key Gold about to hold 1570x.x and Oil that is fighting very hard to align with equities and hold that W 93.1x.(Monthly is just ticks away at 92.8x). Currencies, Treasuries and US Equities still with time .... Lot of noise from the sequestration front and I expect even more and more hyper sensitive markets the closer we get to the deadline and M/W combo closes...

Just managing remaining in ES with very conservative/unhealthy stops in the remaining and tracking the closes.

Watchout we are going for all time highs in manic mode, a tick above last highs is only what is need...that will send shockwaves across the board and will open technically and nicely the downside for the sequestration ....

draw some fibs and follow the footsteps.
this is what 1510.36 looks like on a week chart on gold. that would make a LL since the all time high, if it happened, the way the steps are spaced. week charts take a while to develop. the original for 1492-8 is 2 years old. we are probably much closer now with this predictive fitting. predictive are min.. there is often is slip. and after usually a bounce. since this would make a LL the bounce even if hundreds of usd. is probably a head fake. and the next target is lower. i posted it yesterday. it also has a smaller bull one that will be voided if we make a low lower then 1554

Very quiet boards for such big levels in play ...always a good signal ....

In any case all closes completed. Key US equities held by an inch the Monthly rolls leaving all time highs alive but beyond this Q the odds of going much further without a correction in this leg are "zero" to none both TA and FA wise. Weekly is still in play and also holding, tomorrow lots of noise from the US expected form sequester cuts that seems to be a done deal but the devil is in the last minute technicality to "offset" or avoid the cost....

Again and as usual lately, third world country attitude/mentality politicians playing with fire screwing the markets and economic stability and making pay the toll to the majority ...... just for political childish fights ...staring to look like some of the threads in FF...

In Fx, Cable couldn't avoid the break in monthly, tomorrow last chance to avoid the weekly break. Failure will align Y/Q/M/W !!! and intraday charts. Yen held and by thousand of miles confirmed the major reversal, hard part done and gone. AUD and CHF no event, nothing to see there. Finally Euro, monthly held 1st test of support and is sitting inside strong S guarantee a decider 1.334x for the Q close. However, weekly is still holding steady the move down in a move that can extend as low as the juicy 1.281x on panic via US if we lose the lows tomorrow... 1.308x is the deal maker for bulls for the W close...but all in US Circus hands via Equities and all time highs.
