They talked down usdjpy saying jpy was getting to weak because they knew this boj announcement would of had it over 100..

The yen’s more than 11 percent fall against the dollar in the past three months is improving the outlook for exporters as Prime Minister Shinzo Abe calls for more monetary stimulus to end deflation. The premier is likely to nominate Asian Development Bank President Haruhiko Kuroda as BOJ governor, two officials with knowledge of the discussions said this week, with JPMorgan Chase & Co. predicting more easing as early as April.

EDIT: someone else replied claiming it's at 11am Tokyo time... no idea if that's legit or not.
