still can correct up for c but actually failing that leg to c but possible still . watching 1601/1600 & breaks if 1598 . anyway even it breaks all may up also . breaks & hold daily level ( close candle ) then the leg down next should be 1530 long.short active continue next if though .
gu tanked to the bottom already ( near 5268/30 after done 5393 ) & eu expecting follow still towards 31## , starting perhaps .

Economists polled by MarketWatch had expected January's starts to decline to a rate of 914,000 from an original December estimate of 954,000, on lower apartment construction. On Wednesday the government revised December's starts rate to 973,000.
