Hmm I shouldnt had jump in to... when i zoom out the chart, the candle is small small only...

So, nothing to trade yesterday. 1Hr view. 15 min view. I saw at least 3 opportunities on the EU alone. What did you see?

Dee, what is all the extra stuff you are using. I see fibs and waves and stuff. I mean I understand the channels and trend lines of course, but are you adding some of your own harmonic pattern analysis to this method or something?

As for now, I trade only H1 on EUR/USD and EUR/JPY.

Did not (probably do not) trade H1 EUR/USD because:
Raging market, long wicks both sides of bars, often change of colour.
Possible long excluded due to overbought market.
Possible short excluded due to yesterday's high, RN and EMA200. After breaking these, in my newbish opinion there is not enough room for profits.
Standalone TDI is not a signal, though it is very nice.

Did not (probably do not) trade H1 EUR/JPY -even though it gives better opportunities than EUR/USD- because:
Red, MBL, green are at level 50.
Long wicks on both ends of the bars.
Asian made a double top with day's high two days ago. Would hesitate gonig long with not much room to breathe. But let's see what happens in 2-3 hrs if price rejects EMA200.
Cannot go short, since EMA200 and 125 RN holds the price from collapsing.


Flat is also a good position

Ah, maybe the market will make a significant move in late US session just like yesterday.

Cannot wait your analyses of the market dee50!

hello Babyboy, not saying whether the position was right or wrong but just dont see why you got out where you got out? you entered at london open and you get out few minutes later after position pulled back 10 pips?
personally i passed on this one because there was ema 200 in a way

Actually, I holding the short position for about 46+ mins. I zoom into 5min monitoring and is was not favourable, as it's looks going sideway.
I drop out when the bearish slightly stronger and get a pip out. Hmm about the 200ema, I didnt have it in place.

so you entries are based on 1 hour charts but exits on 5 min chart?

Currently CT on the EU. First target for +21 been hit and stop to B/E

Update.
Stop to B/E +10

Final Update. Closed last contract for +16. Will wait to see what our american cousins are going to do

still holding long eurjpy for the past 6 hours or so but finally moved stop to BE. took other two long eujpy trade (more or less the same position - one for about 37 and the other for 40 pips.

Only 1 trade yesterday.....took a EU trade. 3 trades today....EU closed for +50.....GU closed for +100 and my AU trade is still open with 53 pips locked in.....all trades are H1 trades.

Also what made you hold out for 50 pips after the price stalled and retraced to the 200 line on EUR/USD, Dee seemed to take this as a counter trade?

Yes, I do have some losing trades but I seldom let them run to my SL.....when I misread a setup and price goes against me within the first 20 pips or so of a trade, I will exit with a small loss.....some of my trades end at break even......on the EU pair, when price reached +21 pips my EA will move the SL to BE if I am not monitoring the trade, so sometimes I get nothing on a trade but that is better than a loss.....as I learn to only take the best setups, my losses become less and less frequent.....
RE: Your question on the 50 pip trade today.....I was monitoring the trade and had moved my SL to BE.....there was no change in color of the candles (none that closed blue) so I did not exit on the pullback.....I expected the 200 to reject the retest and continue the downtrend.......if a H1 candle had closed blue, I would have exited with a small profit......
