By the looks of it the
First trade was an ABCD with TP at 1:1 ratio
Second was D leg retracement TP was 61.8% retracement of AD leg
Third was what looks like an entry of the AD leg retracement level after it found support and traded back up to resistance maybe?
Fourth looks like it was an AB=CD. Trading the D retracement leg using 1:1 ratio and main swin pivot as entry and TP at support.


Im no pro but thats what it looks like to me.

How's this for an aggressive C entry? Pretty wide area in blue but looking for PA to give me a short if it rallies that high. If not, then I will continue to search for another pattern to form.

I've been watching the same... I'm inclined to suspect it won't make it because of the structure off the left of your chart, just before the major swing

I have checked your tick chart today and it is kind of different from mine (don't know how's about the others). It seems like your data provider is very good with tick chart because it created a lot of bars comparing to mine (MBT). So, could you kindly tell me which data provider you used and the broker that you place your trade as well. Because I guess if you trade aggressively as shown, you might have chosen a good broker with very tight spread (1-pip spread for EURUSD, for example).

Rules are just rules price action will guide you to stay in the trade or take profit early. Learn to listen and watch the visual clues of price action.

I noticed the same thing with MBT... try the 100 tick chart

Hi,
in EURUSD I've been watching what I reckon is a bullish bat pattern form from the 23rd Jan...in the PRZ right now...see what happens next I suppose....not 100% confident, as it's a bullish pattern at the top of an up-trend.

The potential D point has tested the 0.886 retracement twice now, but I think a fuller test of the PRZ (some stabalisation and a bit of a sideways move) would be my preference before acting on any bullish moves I may see heading northwards.

The B point slightly violates the Bat pattern as it's just over the 50% fib XA retracement (but Scott Carney himself used examples in his book with similar small discrepancies).

I'll be watching the PRZ today and Monday - timeframes suggest the pattern completion point could be on Monday, but you never know with EURUSD! ...and Carney does say that price action is more important than timescales.

I've attached the screenshot from yesterday for your perusal.

i think he uses kinetick, which is paid, which in turn uses fxcm feed. i was never able to get fxcm to work with ninjatrader, if someone has and it looks better, would appreciate to know how!

I use FXCM and tried also MB Trading with NinjaTrader, and compared them, both on 110 Tick Chart Eur/Usd: the charts were identical.

hmm guess kinetick is just more high quality.... but doesn't fxcm have 5 digits, do there should be a small difference? anyways ...

No, fxcm have 4 digits, like MB trading. Altough on fxcm's proprietary platform the digits are 5.. uhm..

You may be wondering what stop was move early? Previous supply zone is acting as demand now. The Bears are unable to push price lower at the moment.

i got stopped out at BE on short sad, if only entered a little higher at double top
