hey ssboers ı have had no ınternet for a awhıle and unable to watch the market but ım back today.

ıve got my eye on the jpy usd at the moment possıble cz formıng ıts congruent wıth some past cz zones as an added bonus

one questıon ıd lıke to put out there - how do you thınk the g20meetıng wıll effect thıs tradıng system? after a quıck eyeball of my charts ıts seems to a bıt choppy

OK guys, listen up -- Overnight I double checked with Xux99 about the arrows repainting, and whether or not it affects the trades in any way. There had been a question about whether or not trades could be trusted to open and close normally, even at times when the trade arrows were not working properly. That being said, Xux says that the 2 issues are not at all linked. He also said that the bug with the MT4 arrows is exacerbated by the EMA. Regardless, trades can still be trusted to open and close even when the arrows are acting up, even when the EMA is in use. (Meaning, if you ever have an issue with a trade opening or closing as expected, then you need to contact your broker immediately, not me or Xux.)

Xux is my trusted final word on these types of questions. I hope this clears it up once and for all.

Good news everyone, time for another update.

One cool new feature is the numeric code at the bottom of the diagnostic display. This code allows Xux to diagnose your charts without having to ask you a single question about your settings. This info line will show on your charts no matter what your chart display is set to; it will always be visible no matter what. The only way to turn it off is to make it match your background color, but I am instructing you not to do this, please, as it defeats the purpose of having it in the first place. It should always be visible so that Xux can check on your progress every time you post a pic in here, starting today.

My first post so I hope I am within the rules here.

A little background......I have been trading about 2 years, finally settling on a couple of strategies, consolidation areas have been a focus of mine for quite some time now. I noticed some time ago the action that occurred in CL after these areas developed and the opportunities to be had.

I have always drawn my own boxes, and used an overbought/sold indicator, nothing else. I use this strategy with a few different instruments.


This is my question: I noticed that you took a short right after that consolidation zone.........it appears as if your indicator is about to show another CZ which puts your entry at the top of what I had boxed as another CZ.....

I have Ninjatrader since when I started I didnt foresee dealing in forex. The success I have had in it though has me focusing on it more and more.

Is there an indicator yet developed that works with ninjatrader, or do i have to continue to draw my cz's by hand?

Additionally, let me add that the information and hard work is much appreciated, an outstanding job in every respect.

USD/JPY 35 pips. (recovery 1)
EUR/USD 70 pips.
EUR/GBP 25 pips.
CHF/JPY 30 pips (recovery 2 but I didn't trade recovery 1 as I was sleeping)

Total 185 pips.

I have read much of the thread thank you, it is quite possible that there is an answer to my question that I have not come across.

I was simply asking a question regarding info that is contained in Post #1 and is referenced throughout the thread. I wasnt asking for any shortcuts in place of doing the hard work required to learn.

I have been doing my own cz zones for a long time and thought it would be nice to be able to follow the info flow better if I had the same software as those using indicator.

Going from memory of all the stats you've posted this year so far, you must be up by at least 1000p. Maybe more. You are now at a point that, so long as you maintain sensible MM, you are guaranteed to never have a margin call. Every pip you add now is pure profit, with no reason to ever look back. You are now a Forex success story. Congratulations!
