I know it's easy to think the grass is always greener elsewhere, but you will struggle to beat Axi. I've seen my stops survive by a point any number of times when they could have easily taken them out if that was what they were trying to do. I've seen no evidence of that happening

Got this from the guys who develop SuperScalper EA.. Guess results speak for themselves (I can't post the links of their officiial MYFX book links as it is not FF friendly) and I also don't want to appear like I am supporting the purchase of this EA in any way shape or form. It appears on another forum as well if you do want to find the links yourself.

Looks like Axi is #1 from that email.. Ignore the fluff about their EA etc as it's not relevant.. But at least it tells you the results of how Axi performs.

Well you've heard me talk it up, so how does this EA go on real money accounts ?

That's where the hype stops and the truth begins, right ?

Contrary to what has been espoused by many who believe what they say (and who are dead wrong), you can experience success using a tick scalping system on real money accounts and they don't "only work on demo accounts". Our system also does it with minimal daily risk, and it's capped....unlike most other systems that have an unlimited daily downside. Axis representative confirmed recently they having ongoing issues with their bridge on Pro acc. servers in N.Y.. I have seen ugly slippages there. I stopped trading, waiting for the fix...

No issues here, getting nothing out of the ordinary and they must be doing something right if the statistics above from MYFX book real accounts are being published. I know they use their own bridge but no issues for months since trade is locked happened months back.. Is it just tick scalping you do that you're struggling with or most trades are getting that? One of them blaming the bridge does not sound correct at all..

In order to further improve your experience we are re-locating our Australian server to a brand new, state of the art Equinix NY4 MT4 server, located in New York City - close to AxiTrader’s core liquidity and infrastructure.

What do you have to do?

The great thing about our latest improvements is that as a client, you are not required to do anything. We will be working around the clock to make the change as seamless as possible.

Got the same email. 5 servers now is pretty big. Most brokers only have one!

At least they paid attention to their client feedback and what they were saying. I'm sure those who haven't moved from the AU to US will be happy now!

Not sure what is going on. But ever since i complimented my fills last week compared to my other accounts, everything went downhill. I men like really downhill. Will see what gives in the coming weeks and if it persist will contact them. I am not one to usually complain for minor differences, but this is a bit more than minor and constant now for the past week…

If things get better will post that too.

Just venting a bit...

I noticed this too. But everyday MT4 needs a server optimisation at the same time each day.. But they should probably try change the time it is done .. Same thing happened in November!

I got this today from the vendor of Super Scalper. Looks like Axi are one of the few brokers where that type of EA still works well.

Hi Folks,

Ive a short but important advice to convey to you that requires your immediate consideration if you are trading at IC markets.

Regrettably we have to make the recommendation to discontinue trading at IC Markets until the currently excessive slippage is addressed.

We are working with IC Markets to address the issue that do recognize that there's unacceptable slippage due to whatever combination of factors involved for them and I believe they are working hard as matter of urgency on this, but obviously we need a proven and working solution already.

Currently I would suggest to either stand aside if trading at IC Markets until we further advise you on this matter, or to shift your funds to either Axi Trader or Armada as they currently have the best conditions.
Armada has been a long time proven performer but recently AXI have gone to considerable effort to employ a new bridge and I can confirm that relatively large orders (10 lots) are being passed with minimal slippage.

Super Scalper is down 8% this week on Axis, there slippage issue isn't yet completely resolved. I got up to -9 pips slippage on close of position on new server today.

Gee Onu you seem to love coming on here (and most other posts elsewhere on this forum) and posting negatives only haha wheres the positives?

who do you use then?

I take pretty good comfort in an EA vendor saying 1mill (10lots) trades is going through without much slippage as very positive. and on top of that Axi isn't being recommended to stop trading immediately with like another OZ broker is (I'd like to disclose I've never traded with them though so can't comment) .. so As far as I can see they're the best choice at the moment.. You can always just jump around brokers like people do searching for MM perfect execution and wait for them to stop your profits/deliberately slip you as people can get away with for awhile, but who has the time? I've had severe outages across my other broker (oz) this week, and I'm certainly fearful of sending my funds to Estonia like Armada is at! No thanks... But I am curious where else you could be trading as I'm potentially looking for alternatives! Am open to suggestions if you have any! PM me even...

A forum like this is the right place to put pressure on a broker to improve their services by criticizing what is wrong. Like it or not.

Well I question the validity of such statements and the lack of a better alternative.. Wouldn't it be better to actually speak to the broker not post negatives on a forum that they probably don't read? They won't bite I'm sure

AxiTrader has just launched a brand new looking website. Looks like mainly a design change and changing a lot of their content... There's also a client request panel which looks handy.. It's about time they touched the site up though!!

Looks nicer. The other one looked cheap. Still having issues here though... No, i have not contacted them yet… This week was a bit better. Waiting to see if they are reading this thread.

They have a US site too now.

I think that was the week where all the tick scalper brokers suffered some pretty extreme slippage on huge volatility wasn't it? So maybe not really an Axi issue more a market issue if I rememeber rightly. It does seem good lately anyway.
