DislikedThe only problem for some is customer service. There is no trading community, special information service or anything. They give you daily emails on your account, but that's it. Of course you can call people and ask questions and they're very professional (in Australia, traders actually answer the phones!), but otherwise there's no special contact.Ignored
If you like that sorta thing, I think Pepper has an active twitter account that posts streaming market news.. though it's very equity and world markets focused, not fx specific. Mostly marketwatch news.

I sorta want my broker to do execution really well and leave everything else no frills attached, since social things like facebook pages or twitter is just noise to me.. but to each their own, I know a lot of traders like having a community to interact with.. and for that there's ForexFactory
