When you tighten a spring then release it, it's called unwinding. A Consolidation is a winding process. The explosive after is an unwinding action.

Usually, Friday afternoon is up most of the time because of the swap and the possible gap up on Sunday open.

my chart has 3 lines they had 2 lines I assume that the third is just the centre

The rising M5 Clouds and tightening BB bands may be the rationale to see an upside unwinding.

they are coming in very strong on the 1h but have sort of flared out a bit again on the 5m ,just trying to trick me
