I am watching 13134 ( upside dustbin level) and 13144 ( 50% retrace level) as levels to determine intraday direction

Gains are consolidating at present and 3094 needs to support PA with a clear break above 3144 needed to continue uptrend

My outlook is only 2-3 sessions ( I don`t buy green bananas )

There is slight risky and not confirmed "fill or semi fill the gap" (the massive one) play right in the ES. Europe has held better the last break out but we have ECB (a rate cut will put Europe in charge for a lot momentum up). US looks better for the technical play down and Europe a bit more cautious but it is still trying to catch a rocket on air.

I wouldn't call that a top yet, just a potential Technical play (to 1445 first and 1414 v fast with a break ...S&P spot reference for you) to allow more serious money (the last move was made on air "overnight" on holidays) in before an assault to 1478.xx and a first attempt to all time highs on a further break. I am not that keen on catching tops in general, and especially not in the ES in trendy mode with a comatose VIX and with runaway Fundamental GAP....
