The Aussie is in the M5 Ichimoku Clouds now. This may slow down the falling speed. IMO

In the meantime, the Aussie is way below H4 Ichimoku Clouds which has been dropping down since 12/26.

The PA since 12/26 has been in a consolidation mode. This means it is a continuation pattern. The question now is whether this is already done or a phase II is coming later.

Now, the Aussie has penetrated the Clouds. The Clouds will become the resistance from this point forward.

In fact, I believe Ichimoku Clouds are better R/S than their Western counterpart. The later is so rigid and often mistaken as a thin line.

While I was writing, the Aussie dropped from the bottom the Clouds in a free fall style. Sometimes I wonder if big boys are using Ichimoku Clouds when they are trading the Forex markets. It appears to be so after a period of close observations.

Knowing what big boys are using to trade the Forex market can be of a great help to retail traders like us. In order to get a free ride from the big boys, a trader has to know what vehicles they are driving.

I had the same feeling before but not now. Even there is a deal, it would be a very small one. IMO

Equities are going to sell off when McConnell and Reid put their big fat heads on the screen and say "we have no agreement". Dollar will have no choice but to strengthen.

Good morning everyone. Although today is a "Sandwich" trading day between two non-market days, I beleive there are plenty of opportunities thanks to Obama and GOP.

Because the LTL of the counter-correction channel broke earlier, I think the consolidation may be over. Based on H1 ADX reading, further downside is likely. IMO
