It depends on where you are in the world. For example, someone in Hong Kong can see prices move 12 hours earlier than Europe.
Logic will tell you a simple telephone call from Europe to Hong Kong will allow you to set your trades well in advance and make sure they are going to be profitable when the time catches up.
Let me know if you find any obliging traders in Hong Kong because the ones I have tried don't seem to understand what I want. Also, I think it would be wise to keep this strategy quiet, at least before I can get a website up and a price structure.
