I couldn't convince myself to do it. Could have gotten a few pips, but honestly, I hate to say this, I feel like I am getting gunshy lately... And I don't even know why. I'm actually on a decent little winning streak, but as I've won, my confidence has decreased. Weird eh? Anyways, I notice on the daily chart, we are right on the 200 ema right now. I know DB had said we are going to the upside recently. But it really still fills like a coin flip to me. And on top of that, I think we might be in for jerky moves this week, with everything that comes out from negative and positive from the fiscal cliff talks. Idk... Might just sit back and take a week off...

I guess not, the Demons are at work.......We will get a fake and break of each higher time frame before this thing turns around for a retrace. The 5m 15m and 1H were all lined up to do this dance. This is making a half doji on the 4H. The 4h adx 21 has turned down and the 42 adx is still pointing up for a possible last minute drop before some type of retrace.......

I look for MTF stochastics hitting the 80 % or the 20% level at the near same time to catch these fast solid moves. The 8,3,3 stochastics - high-lighted in the yellow box of each time frame, you could have caught just under 20 pips with this type of move........The 1m 5m and 15m all moved into the 80% area on this example that just happened.....

60 pips from a 100% drop from nov low to high.
40 pips from oct low to high....61.8

This was posted on 12/24/12. My view is that a wave-c down move is underway but this does not prevent a counter-correction move from happening. Such a move can be seen this week. If Obama comes out with anything positive about the Cliff, we would see a major rebound. IMO

Such a rebound is supported by H4 ADX reading and the Daily Doji formed yesterday, 12/25/12.

I wouldn't use Oct. low because it is not the reference point to be used.

Most negative mentality has been priced in. Any tiny bit of positive progress will make the Bulls go crazy. I'd say before 12/31, being a bear may be at more risk than being a bull.

As mentioned numerous times before, I believe the markets' paths were preset. Based on my EWP reading, a decent rebound is in the cards. IMO
