I agree, this bull is very strong or perhaps I should say the dollar bear is very strong. The usd index (DXY0) closed down .27 today. No fiscal cliff deal yet and helicopter benny is scheduled to open his yap tomorrow. This should almost guarantee the dollar will continue to fall.

After checking the daily, I see that the aud:usd just entered into a supply zone and will need to work its way through this.

It appears that market is pricing in the fiscal cliff resolution as well as another dose of QE tomorrow - which explains the current moves and the apparent divergence between PA and the fundamentals.

IF tomorrow's FED decision does not meet the speculator expectations, it could be the day when the dominoes start to roll.

what are the chances that FEd will say, look unemployment is now below 8% for the last 2 months,
lets wait for next meeting and decide on more easing..
