I like this picture very much. Sometimes I was in this situation.
This pictures remembers be a few row in a book, which has the solution: or the Market wizard or the Livermore book.
It was a dialog between 2 person. On told "I cannot sleep" they other had the solution "reduce the trade size" well, it is simple.
I wanted me too higher leverage and I was stressed either by winning either loosing position. I have decided to not trade a few days, and change my broker too, for other reason. Right now I am a bit more sociable and those mans from behing are disappeared

UP or Down , I think is a matter of luck:
it was a down movement and it was rejected. It was an up movement and it was rejected.
If you see the tops are on the same level zone , but the bottoms are coming up: higher lows.
The price wanted to go up several times after down push, but couldn't, it wasn't retested the LL. Retesting the LL is a must if wasn't a high impact breaking news ( in my theory ). So or would go up a bit and later come back to retest or restest now and if rejected, than up
