Best brokers to exchange currency?

Trading aside what are the best brokers to exchange currency? I'm looking for brokers that allow deposit in certain currency exchange at a good rate and withdrawal at another currency. I was doing this at InteractiveBrokers, but who else is good?

Most of the top brokers do provide you with a great exchange rate, from USD to Euro conversions..

I exchange currency for hamburgers everytime I go to McDonald's. Be more specific in your question plz.

Additionally be prepared to pay service charge (this depends more on the broker and the client relationship you maintain with them) for the conversion..no broker is going to do this for free until there's something in it for them. Of course you could always try exchange bureau or other websites which specialize in exchanging one currency for another but not sure how good or how reliable they are..
