Fair enough. On that I agree with you 100%. I really think that 2013 WILL be year things start turning around for them.

Agreed. It seems as tho almost all economies are in the toilet right now & it's a matter of going with the lesser of 2 evils.

I still believe that the YEN is STRONG. Experts! What are your technical indicators refer to?

Very true. Meanwhile, moving back to late 2012, this seems to be the mess of channels that GJ lives in

It's been strong since it was at 150, then 120, then 100. etc etc. It'll be strong until it finishes being strong ... because if there's ever a good example of people picking a bottom level, the YEN's your man.

I still think next year it will start its turn back north.

And I ain't no expert. Just someone with a view of the world.

Keep in mind we are consolidating above channel & current candle has basically just begun. Also the consolidation is happening at levels higher than 2nd entry where a major selloff has occured. Hopefully this gives ppl a better understanding of my thinking. Time will tell.

I think i probably post too much in this forum, but tomorrow (it's evening here) I will put up a chart and overview as to why I still have a bearish view, taking into account the entire move since 118/163

Sounds good. I definitely could see this 1 going either way but I tend to wait for the second entry or consolidations after a move to get involved & I just think that the long side is the immediate entry that's not to say if I'm wrong I won't wait for a bounce to short the shit out of this beast.

Sell, Sell, Sell Eur/Jpy, GBP/JPY, USD/JPY, CAD/JPY, NZD/JPY, CHF/JPY . This is what seems sooner or later. Retracement to about 127 is necessary. What our great experts think?

(i know this is GJ thread but someone else mentioned it so forgive me!)

Waiting to add to current short position on eurjpy as close to 106 as possible. Seems in the shorterm 105.85/6 may be capping price so may have to reload on next retest of that level...

That was my buy level last night & it held up very well & pair rocketed off it. If we get back down there ill definitely be looking to add more.
