Cable and the Loonie could be potential setups.

I'd be hesitant shorting cable as you would be selling straight into the daily 200 EMA, a well respected level.

On the other hand, PA seems to be bullishly bouncing from the Daily 200 EMA for the USD/CAD, so this one looks more promising. There's a lot of US data coming up at 1330 UTC and onwards, so any move might be limited till then IMHO

Looks like we didn't quite close above the 12 EMA for USD/CAD. The waiting game continues...

Yes you are right... thats a clear bounce trade... but its just 10 pips away from yesterdays low + Last couple of days range market.

FX Pro is right. This has been in a range for the past 48 hours. Needs a clear break and close below yesterdays low with momentum. Also, pay attention to news . In 70 minutes, the US will be reporting key economic data; retail sales, core retail sales, PPI and core PPI. This will move the market one way or the another. You don't want to be on the wrong side. Its best to wait and see what the market wants to do with this information. Also, the BOE Gov spoke and the inflation report came out. These are big market movers. I don't know the outcome of this. As FX Pro states, this is a game of patience. Let the trade come to you. I don't trade the news, however, I am aware of what is coming out.

Good morning folks....

what we see on AU-1H may be a pull back for south move... however the 4H Up-trend channel is still intact... so lets keep a tab on this hopefully we should see a good trigger soon...

Nope...

Thats not what we are looking for....

Please spend some time in reading to understand the concept.... & then do some home work by going back to your chart & identify.... what you read...

Yes, that shows the strength of the bounce... + You have all the bars closing inside the PAC (Range) & that was not the time to trade E/U...

Took the AU short on the rebound. Usual rules from FX-Pro for entry and still in short but very slow going. Just wondering how long to stay in the trade. I have brought my stop in to break even.
