hey Dave, no shhh is necessary,
It was just a general comment, not directed at fxvision or anyone in particular.
I must’ve phrased it wrong. What I meant is, that using a certain system or technique doesn’t necessary relate to experience.

ahh ok it sounded like a negative comment about his age or my age or something.

It didn't sound like you, I was wondering, thats why I didn't add any other comments.

That trade was off a 1and 5 min chart so the higher time frames need to have the averages catch up befor this goes further.

I am posting the entry chart now

edit and if the price continues down immediatly than its ok because I'd rather be safe than sorry......(thats the trick to trading 1,5 min charts with out a signal on a higher time frame.)

I entered after retest of high. Target was middle bolli band.

Price was finding support there so I exited.

edit: notice the closeoutside the top bolli band, and then a faier to make new high on retest( close inside top bolli.) .....I entered on first candle to close below the 8 ema. Then wach closely for the 4,8 ema to cross for confirmation.

Once again trade never went against me. Directly into profits. A close above the 8 ema and next candle break above the last would have signaled me to exit trade befor going against me. at most I'd have lost the spread +1-2 pips

now we can wait for the same set up to happen on a higher time frame. starting with the 30 min. then 1 hr.

Hi Dave,

hope you don't mind me bothering you with this stuff. I've attached a chart with wave counts. Still trying to get the hang of this.

Wave 4 seems to be too long for me. Isn't it suppose to be the shortest one? Or am I confusing it with "wave 3 cannot be the shortest one". If Wave 2 is not taken out, and 1.8707 is broken, then I take it that wave 4 is in place, right?

The price here is in a big a,b,c sideways correction.

wave 1= a
wave 2= b
wave 3= c

The waves are subdivided into 3 waves.

A wave 1 will unfold in 5 waves, wave 2 will unfold in 3 waves and wave 5 will unfold in 5 waves. Wave 4 will be a 2 wave sharp correction.

On the large waves, after wave C the next wave up is labled "X" and then start the a,b,c all over again.

I'll post a chart for you.

Actually Habib I cann't count this correction. But the last wave up did unfold in 5 waves so that will make it either a wave 1, c or 5. The correction befor the last wave up is a wave 4 correction on a daily scale.

That chart I can post. So the last wave up is most likely a wave 1 of wave 5.

Middle bolli and 50% fibo at this level so I'll pull out here.

this trade went 1 pip against me befor going into profits.

again s/l is incase of system or server failer. 5 pips backwards would have signaled to get out.

I am going to lable this as a wave 1 impulse with a sharp wave 2 correction in 3 a,b,c subwaves. Hoping for a wave 3 here.

middle bolli ahead at 1.2868 might pause or pull back slightly.Top of 1 hr bolli is at 1.2880 next resistance point. 1.2900 top of 4 hr bolli.
