We has seen enough sluggish PA since Sunday open. This means a "X" size movement is ahead. The question is whether it is shooting up or dropping like a rock.

Nobody can see into the future but history does repeat itself. An ultra-bear posted a super bullish message last night. It was a surprise to me. I see this a warning sign to the downside. IMO

The bodyguard is stronger than his master even not always. Wave 3 is more powerful than wave 5 usually.

It seems to me that whatever happens to the interest rate, the move will not be very big due to the impeding elections tomorrow.

It's hard to say. There may be two separate big moves. The rate cut should be more powerful then the election due to the PRESET patterns. IMO

It seems to me that even if the rate is cut, the move down will be limited to 1.0310 -
I will have sell orders below, but it seems unlikely that we'll see major moves prior to elections.

The master usually is taller than the bodyguard but sometimes he is shorter. Regardless of how tall he is, he will come at the end.

As for the top, 1.0390 is the resistance. Will it be breached if the rate is not cut? Maybe - though that would be a bad signal for the bears.
