Hey Zee

They are all find for any trader. It's more important to understand the environment. I think the more "boxed" price is the more difficulty traders tend to have in those scenarios myself included

Thank you Mike! If you don't mind me asking, what is your opinion on daily set up on AUDUSD ?. I was considering to enter short but the pair has recently made higher lows which make me doubt.

Something interesting has crossed my mind while looking at the weekly closes.

It is quite possible that, to use Jarroo's HCR & LCS in a very simple manner, all we need to do is, after the market closes for the week, put a horizontal on the last Monthly close and the last weekly close. Then, we just look to the left on the Monthly, Weekly & Daily TFs, until price reaches an area of a strong swing point where a reaction has previously taken place on multiple TFs.

Every week after the market close, we can move the Weekly Level up or down to coincide with the close.

Just a thought

Let's see how this USD/JPY chart I randomly picked works out.

You may well ask, what is the difference between doing this and using the SPs in the first place. Doing it this way will show us the Monthly and weekly signatures objectively. Sure we can also view the monthly and weekly close objectively but, this way just seems to be a slightly different angle on the objectiveness of it as, we are in effect trailing price and then analyzing what it does at any coinciding SP.
Rather than, having the SP marked out and convincing ourselves in advance, of what price should do. If you see what I mean.
This is just how my mind works, it finds it a little more logical to do it this way. It seems to add a slight mechanical aspect to it.
This post is in no way demeaning Jarroo's methodology and or Jim's way of doing things, quite the reverse in fact.

Let's see what Jarroo thinks about it?



Hey, I just noticed that FF now allows us to select 5 images at one time to upload. That is a great modification to the board. What a pain it was to upload two, then have to repeat the process for the third one.

Damn, as I was typing and uploading the previous post, price took off.
I was going to buy the H1 IB but, it took off without me.

Hi, Mandarin or rather Pinyin is driving me crazy trying to study it.
Pinyin is almost impossible to learn for me as it is almost irrelevant to the English pronunciation.

I am in Harbin and am also a teacher here.

Glad I missed the H1 IB as, we just had an H4 confirmation that this area is not acting as support but, resistance. Let's see how the daily closes and if we get a pullback to the TL which has just been lost.

Bars like this look good at first sight but when we break it down we can see we have a lot of trouble too.
