hi all，

It all depend on how wide of a spread you are paying.

For example your spread on EJ is 3 pips. Then when it hit your 5 pip PT. You are left with 2 pip profit. Thus, if it is a repeatitive, you will have a negative Risk/Reward.(presuming a 5pip SL)

Thus, I will not place this bet base on the above.

Just my 2 pips worth.

hello arjun,
i would stick to my MM rules.in 95% of every trade you can get 5 pips! i would stay disciplined and focus on my consistancy....follow my proven systhem!

this is how i think, but it is impotant how i act...
for me personaly, this is the hardest part in forex_this is the differece between experienced or pro traders and a newbie like me.

In the meanwhile, after LO start today, made 15 pips. Again, just risked 6%
Have been demo'g this strategy for a month now with consistent results. Will most probably start with real account from next week.

Capital preservation is key if this is treated as a business. So each trade as per agreed risk tolerance. The parameters vary only depending on where SL is placed and further on as the trade develops.

There is always another trade to be made, we first need to survive to make that!

This is a psychological question. I think most traders would go ALL-IN, because greed takes control of their minds. They don`t stick to their strategy anymore...
If I was in a situation like this......I don´t know the answer.

I (would) stick to my strategy to risk no more then 2% of my balance... no matter how much I might win on any single trade...unfortunately nothing is sure on trading!

I had an acting coach a few years ago who on the first day of class took everyone's cell phone, and placed them in a bucket. She then preceded to talk about the perils of cell phones, how they take us out of the "NOW", and keep us from living life to the fullest. She then asked if anyone disagreed.... no one did. She then walked out of the room, came back in with a big jug of water, and filled up the bucket with everyone's phones. Some girl went ballistic and never came to the class again lol, but I will always be in debt to that teacher. I never replaced my cell. It's quite liberating without one.

I go to concerts quite a bit and nowadays there are more people taking pictures, filming, etc. with their phones than there are people actually listening to the music. We have become more concerned with "capturing" moments than experiencing them.
What is any ocean but a multitude of drops?
