Bro if i knew for sure i was going to get 5pips 100%. and not a single doubt then i would risk 10% to 20%.

although its 100% garanteed my mind wont allow me to see a 100% growth with just 5pips.

Hello peetee,

why would you consider to take this trade? PA is below 200EMA and 800EMA but the MBL is flat.

When you talk about a pin bar is it the same as x-mans pull back candle? Coz if so, this wouldn't be a valid pullback as tought by x-man.

Hi, I will risk 10% if for sure I can get 5 pips guaranteed + I will also know that the pull back will not be more than 5 pips.

How sure is sure??? if you knew that the central bank of that currency was setting a limit to sell if it got to a price (and you worked for the central bank ha ha )
then you could risk 100 % as a one off

Most certainly leveevery1, this is called telepathy. All living beings are connected with invisible bonds and can affect each other even if not in the same room both, positively and/or negatively. I am looking forward to your future posts regarding this topic as it interests me a lot.

If I thought the trade was 100% certainty what ever I traded would not feel like a risk, just doing my job. Money management stays the same as to take a trade if I was only 80% sure I won't take the trade.

This question really digs under our psychology.

Its been worrying my sub-conscious mind. As soon as i think i have an answer, something other angle pops up.
For example, my latest thoughts:

If it was a onetime sure thing, I would borrow whatever i could and put it all down. If i could replicate it many times a day, i would play it safe (even if its a sure thing) and risk a portion of capital only.
However, if it was a sure thing, surely you should risk everything everytime?
This raises the question: How much do you want/need?

You are correct, it;s not a very good pinbar, tail is too short, but it came at the right spot, price had moved out of the ST range, h4 and 1 hr was supportive of corrective move down (lower lows LH), 200MA 15 min crossing 800
Not the perfect setup, but we will see if few points in it
P

You can never be guaranteed to make 5 pips but if you enter at the optimum level you put the odds greatly in your favour to make 5 pips and so you will be risking NOTHING.

You just need to know every time you enter a trade that you are at that level, that's the difficult part. LOL
