You can look it this way. But they want to keep making the same money.

If they hike the ice cream prices and keep the same box sizes, shoppers may start yelling. But, same prices and small boxes are fine so far.

Drawing the cartoons releases some stress caused by the Aussie trading. It is a healing process. I laugh at the Bull and the Bear when I draw them.

I have problems with both of them because when you look behind the curtain, they are one in the same. Of course they intentionally use issues that should be dealt with at the state level in order to distract the sheeple from the truly important issues. Since the fed reserve act of 1913 was passed, the US dollar has lost 97% of its value. The Patriot act removed many freedoms. TARP, QE1, 2, Twist, Monetary Easing, QE3 infinity, all are part of the greatest heist in history against the American people. Of course I don't have an opinion and I'm not bitter - I just want to trade. Did I mention the FrankenDodd act and how it limits how I can trade? FIFO, No Hedging, limited leverage etc? Never mind.

It depends on how much you make^^ Democrats will cut taxes for low income families.

Middle class will remain the same, I think and high income peeps will pay more.

In regards to currencies - keep in mind, we are all projecting a fall to the bottom of the triangle, but then we are also predicting a major rise of aud and nzd - which works well enough for Obama presidency. With Romney, we'll sooner see AUD at 0.56 rather than above 1.10.

Hey, it's better this way. The margin required would be much less. Good for the trading.

The FrankenDodd act should be repealed. It leaves the US Forex traders a very limited options of using off-shore brokers.

Yes, it should be repealed. Isn't it interesting how when it was passed into law it became the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. I know some small brokerage firms that just can't afford to deal with all the new regulations. It is just to expensive to implement all the requirements. In other words, only the big firms can afford to implement them and the little brokers will go out of business. So, in essence the law protects the big companies (smirk).

Fraud has been illegal for as long as I can remember. We don't need more and more laws we just need better oversight of the laws already in place. The SEC and Finra have been sleeping at the wheel. CMO's and CDO's WTF!

As far as FX trading goes, these new requirements are not necessary. When I started trading, I got into trouble now and then. I didn't have to do it often but a couple of times I hedged and traded my way out of trouble. In addition, sometimes I had trades going in different directions based on different systems and time frames. I can't do that anymore, at least not on the same pair. Its all bullocks.

Some UK brokerage firms are much better than their US counterpart. But, they cannot take the US customers due to this Act.

Yes, I had an account in the UK and had to move it to the US.

Looks like we may be heading to supply on H4 again.

Can you use different brokers to hedge in the US? ie one for longs, one for shorts?
