Hey Bullzeye,

Yep thought the same, love the 50 Fib retracement to much though and like to play bounces instead of breakes. Maybe I see more that I want to see instead of what is really there? Will definitely be careful there, thanks for the headsup!

Hey Mav, its all about confluence: look on the chart...MACD divergence, falling TL and 365ema (like swissforex mentioned already)... a 2 days BEOB is forming as well, so all in one a great short setup

Hi everybody,

1st post here on FF.
I've been member of PF in June-July, however I did not have time to fully participate and use all the material there, but I deeply recommand it.

I've been studying Forex since march, but I am still a newbie.

I was also wondering to take this bar however, I checked EURUSD and USDJPY ans I saw that this BUOB had no future : the BUOB on EURJPY was pulled by a big bullish bar on USDJPY but then closed under a resistance. In EURUSD there were no move, but a bearish pattern with divergence only waiting breaking the 1.30 (Which happened yesterday)

This is not standard James16 method but I think it can by useful to check similar crosses, to see possible S/R.

Hey Marozas

MACD is simply an oscillator that will come with your platform. We then can use it to help spot divergence.

Let me know if you need some examples of what I mean. In MT4 to add it to your chart simply go to Insert- indicator - Oscillator - MACD

Just Moved my stop to break even on this bearish outside bar break of a descending triangle in eur/aud.

Thanks Mike. It means a lot coming from you. It seems these triangles are a big part of your trading plan?

I didn't have a BEOB on my 4H feed. However, I've got a BEOB on my hourly that will hopefully push the trade down through my take profit.
