I did not realize this wedge until after the market closed. This wedge has a special meaning in EWP. This was the reason I came to this conclusion.

The point being, it's not a good idea to be long/short prior to major news event, as is the case in 2 minutes - especially at top of a range.

In regards to shorts, I am much more confident shorting NZD - it is about to touch the support line it broke a day ago and unlike Aud, this resistance should hold and cause a NZD to fall quite a bit. I suspect the catalyst for a bigger fall is the NZ rate decision tomorrow.

price must reach 1.0340 and sustain above it before we are looking at 1.04

being a Wednesday i think twice of the probability.

but if the price don't even conquer 1.0340 i wont look at 1.04, as i don't predict price. who knows it cracks its recent support on 1.0302 and 1.0270 where it shoot up.
